The event is one of the charity’s biggest and most well known\, taking place in Horsham Park. \nYou can support the great cause by taking part in either a seven\, 13 or 20 mile walk. The evening will be sociable with women of all ages taking part; bring along your friends and family. On completion of the walk\, everyone taking part receives a medal of participation as a big thank you. \nSt Catherine’s Hospice works to care for patients suffering from illness\, ensuring they are comfortable and well cared for when they need it most. Once signed up\, you’re sent a fundraising pack and a t-shirt to wear during the walk.

DESCRIPTION:Each year the Horsham Scout organise the St.George’s Day Parade as St.George is their Patron Saint. During the day\, local scouts will renew their dedication in a ceremony that acknowledges Scout Law. As part of a national act\, Horsham scouts are representing a much larger organisation with their parade\, taking place on Sunday 24th April. \nStarting near the rail station\, you can get involved my following the route into the Carfax where the open air celebration takes place in the early afternoon. \nRoad closures will apply so please check travel updates to attend.

DESCRIPTION:For six months from the 3rd April take part and enjoy free historic walking tours of Horsham\, hosted by The Horsham Society and supported by Horsham Disctrict Council. The free guided tours will start from outside the Museum every Wednesday and Sunday throughout April to 28th September. \nTaking you through the most interesting historical points around the town centre\, each walk lasts roughly one and a half hours. The tour is wheelchair friendly but it is asked that no dogs other than guide dogs attend. \nBefore the walk\, why not make time to explore the Museum exhibitions? \nBooking information\nTo avoid disappointment book ahead by calling the Horsham Visitor Information Centre on 01403 211661. They’ll want to know details of numbers involved and this needs to be done before the day of your chosen tour. \n*Walks are intended to go ahead even in bad weather but if a tour guide has not arrived by 2.45pm then your tour may be cancelled.

DESCRIPTION:This March the Sport Relief Mile returns to Horsham for the fifth year\, On Sunday 20th March\, hundreds of runners and fundraisers are expected to take up the challenge\, all in aid of a good cause. Taking place in Horsham Park\, there are two runs.
