It’s almost that time of year again to remember, remember the 5th of November. Start planning what exciting things you are going to get up too!

In 1604, Guy Fawkes attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament. We remember his ‘Gunpowder Plot’ through the use of fireworks and bonfires. This is a great excuse to throw or attend firework parties, bonfire nights and any other general celebrations.

There are plenty of thrilling firework events taking place in Horsham late October to November time. If it’s hard picking just one, why not attend two?

Last year, Horsham Rugby Club’s firework display was truly amazing. However it is said to be bigger and better this year. Why not find out if this is the case? The display is on Saturday 2nd November. Fireworks are set to music and the show includes an amazing Grand Finale. There is also a huge bonfire! The gates open at 5:30pm with the main event at 7:00pm. There will be plenty of food available, a licensed bar, BBQ and various stalls for all ages. Entry is good value at £5 per person so keep this date free.

There are also firework displays at the Holbrook Club on Friday 1st November, Horsham Cricket and Sports Club on Saturday 26th October and Broadbridge Heath Fireworks on Saturday 2nd November.
