Delight your under 5’s in Horsham

Have you got a little one with bundles of energy but nothing to do? Well here is our guide of things to do with your under 5’s in Horsham.

Parent and Toddler Groups

There are a variety of parent and toddler groups in and around Horsham including one that runs every Thursday morning at The Holbrook club from 9:30am-11:30am. It’s open to everyone and is a great way to meet other parents over a coffee whilst your child enjoys playing on the indoor bouncy castle, tricycles and the scooters that are provided. For more information visit theholbrookclub.co.uk.

On the other hand, you may prefer to get a bit musical at MusicBus, the parent and child music classes which take place at the London Road Methodist Church every Monday and Tuesday during term time. Each session is an hour long and includes time for your child to socialise and make new friends whilst of course you can be doing the same. If your little one is a secret singer then this could be the perfect place to take your tot musicbus.com/classes/horsham.

Soft Play

If you are looking for somewhere to let your little one run free whilst knowing they will be safe and sound, there are some great soft play areas in Horsham.

Old Barn Nursery in Horsham has a brilliant indoor soft play area full of vibrant colours and exciting things for your cherub to get their hands on. With free Wi-Fi and their relaxed and revitalising restaurant, it is also a great place for you to enjoy yourself and have some time out.

Alternatively, the Pavilions in the Park boasts a fantastic soft play area which includes a ball pond, mini football area and lots more exciting features for your child to climb through. The benefit of this is that the Pavilions is situated directly next to Horsham Park which boasts a huge outdoor play area with many slides, swings and even a large sand pit to get messy in.

Something Different

If you have done all of that before and want to try something different then why not give pottery painting a go? Right in the heart of Horsham town in Piries Place is the Ceramic Shack where you and your little one can get creative. This pottery painting studio allows you to paint your own bowls, plates, mugs and so much more. Then once it has been glazed you can have it as a keepsake forever. Get more information at ceramicshack.co.uk.

We have saved the best until last, if you don’t mind travelling a little further out of Horsham to Wisborough Green then you can appreciate the award winning Fishers Adventure Farm Park. You can’t really go wrong here as they have animals, rides and indoor and outdoor adventure play areas. A whole park with loads of things to entertain your children all day long, what more could you want? Find out more at fishersfarmpark.co.uk.
