Easter Activities for the Whole Family

Easter is now fast approaching as the town is getting ready to celebrate with the school holidays and bank holidays giving us all extra time to get together. Take a look at what’s lined up this year:

Easter Bunny Hunt Competition in the Carfax

As well as the famous Piazza Italia taking place over the Easter Weekend, town centre businesses will be hosting a bunny hunt during the school holidays, taking place from Saturday 8th April until Sunday 23rd April.

Accompany your children around a range of shops where they will chose a ‘Find the Carrot’ card and see if they’ve won a little treat. Then go on to discover which bunny is hiding in that shop, which you add to your form as you explore all the colourful, decorative efforts. There are some top prizes available, including cash for the lucky winners.

This exciting activity is being organised by the Rotary Club of Horsham. Participation is free for all children and promises to be a fun, memorable day.

On 16th April bring the family along for a delicious Easter Sunday lunch or fabulous afternoon tea. If you are looking for a egg-tastic day out try the family favourite ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ at Fishers Farm. Lucky visitors may even see see a lamb being born! Hold a little chick and help find a name for them in the ‘Name the chick competition’.
