2018 Christmas Events in Horsham

This year there are a wide range of festive activities in Horsham to help get you into the Christmas spirit and even give a little back to the community! We’ve put together an exciting list of some of the most popular events and activities to help you plan for the Christmas break:

The Holbrook Club Christmas Party Night

The Holbrook Club will be holding their annual Christmas Party on 8th December this year. The evening will include a three course meal, table magic and a disco. Also, they are giving away a free bottle of prosecco to the organiser of a table of 8 or more people!

The event is for adults only and is a great night to celebrate the festive season with family and friends.

Christmas Markets in the Carfax

From 1st December, the Horsham Markets at Christmas will be making a return. You can visit the market on the following dates:

Wander around local stalls of seasonal food, drink and gifts, as well as enjoy festive entertainment and live music. Not to be missed!

Sleeping Beauty at The Capitol

The Capitol will once again be offering a fun night out with their Christmas pantomime, and this year they are taking on Sleeping Beauty! The panto here is hugely popular with all age ranges and is great for family entertainment.

Wreath Making Classes

Get in the Christmas spirit, as well as getting your creative juices flowing! There are several wreath making classes happening around Horsham this December.

Learn how to make a beautiful wreath made from a variety of different foliage and decorated with ribbons and seasonal berries. Courses we found include Amanda Jane Flowers Wreath Making and Blossom Christmas Workshops. If you go, let us know how you get on!

South Lodge Festive Film Nights

Enjoy a three course meal and a festive film at South Lodge this festive season! They are showing two of the most popular Christmas films to help people get in the spirit of Christmas, the modern classics of The Holiday and Love Actually!

Winter Wonderland at Mannings Heath Golf Club

Mannings Heath Golf Club will be hosting their third annual Winter Wonderland this year on Friday 14th December from 5pm.

The grounds will be covered in magical fairy lights and Christmas decorations and filled with local food stalls, a spectacular Fireworks display, Choir Carolling and a range of lovely gifts to purchase for your loved ones.

Santa’s Grotto at Newbridge Nurseries

Head to Newbridge Nurseries in Broadbridge Health to enjoy their Charlie & the Chocolate Factory themed grotto. Fun for all the family, the nursery has created a wonderland to explore this season – perfect to get into the festive spirit. From the 1st December, take children to the grotto to meet santa and make new memories. The best bit? All proceeds will be donated to local children’s hospice Chestnut Tree House.
